What is a denture?
Dentures are concerned with replacing teeth and soft tissues with a non permanent
solution. A partial denture is used to replace some missing teeth and a complete denture is used to replace all missing teeth. Dentures offer an affordable, aesthetically pleasing, removable solution. Did you know that most dental insurances offer new dentures every 5-10 years at little or No Cost to you??
What is a denture reline?
Over time your gums begin to change and shrink. This will result in dentures becoming loose and results in movement during eating. A reline will sometimes remedy this common problem and result in a more stable denture. A reline will re-adapt the denture to the current ridges/gums. You should have your dentures evaluated by a licensed dentist every year.
